If I-71 remains on its current route, I feel the above changes along with a dedicated bridge for it would greatly alleviate many of the current traffic flow problems.  

 

This plan was mostly done as a "proof of concept" to explore the Kentucky-side modifications which would be needed to incorporate a new bridge built parallel to the Brent Spence Bridge.
